CANCELLATION POLICY

At Skin Haven Esthetics, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because appointments require dedicated time and preparation, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. The cancellation fee must be paid before booking another appointment. I understand that unexpected situations can arise. Emergencies and extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Skin Haven Esthetics.
